Monday, White Linen + Brown Leather

Starting the week casual in Linen Pants from Jenni Kayne (I wear a Small, use code EMMAROSE15) and my Birkenstocks, I resisted on the Boston Clogs for a few years but ordered recently and have hardly had them off since they arrived (true to size). Layering my Jane & Tash Vintage Leather Jacket (M) over Uniqlo’s Tank with an in-built bra (M) and my Dragon Diffusion Bag. Simple yet effective outfit for a Monday running errands.

Tuesday, Grey Sweatshirt + Leather

A forever favourite outfit. I love the mix of leather with the grey sweatshirt. The jumper is from Navy Grey; I wear a Large as it’s a close fit. My leather skirt is old from The Outnet (similar here). My red AGS Sandals (size up one) and cross-body phone strap from Casetify (after hearing too many stories of phones being snatched out of hands in London). A smart/casual outfit for brunch and a meeting.

Wednesday, Jil Sander Tee + White Maxi

I loved this outfit and feel it fits into the lived-in look that I’d been craving. It's not too perfect- the skirt has creases, and the tee is a little crumpled. When I look at my screenshots on my phone, the common theme is the outfits look a little sloppy in a good way. The skirt is old Weekday (similar here), and the Tee is the men’s Jil Sander as it fits a little longer (S). Arket Cut-Out Shoes, which I’m living in (true to size and surprisingly comfy), and my DeMellier Bag. I have been very inspired by Mirja Klein this week- so much outfit inspo!

Thursday, Denim Shorts + Vintage Chanel

When I’ve been out and about in London this week, the outfits that caught my eye were long-line denim shorts. It feels fresh, but not try hard. And I love a trend piece you can mix in with your wardrobe classics, like my oversized Leather Blazer (old from Stand Studio, similar here). These are Citizens of Humanity Ayla Shorts, I love the length and fit (I sized up 1 for a more relaxed fit, wearing a 27). Sandals are Aeyde (true to size) finished off with my vintage 90s Chanel bag via Reluxe. Necklaces Alighieri and my Strike a Cord. A good summer alternative to my jeans and a blazer fail-safe outfit.

Friday, Silk Printed Shirt + Cut-Out Shoes

I’ve had this Matteau Shirt for years and it’s my favourite thing to pull out for a hot day in the city. Paired with my Sezane Trousers (size 10) and Khaite Tote (holds a laptop, so a chic work bag). The cut-out Shoes, Beads and Bangles added interest. This look took me from appointments, meetings, shopping, lunch and drinks, and I still felt pulled together despite the heat wave at the end of the day.

Saturday, Bandeau Dress + Beads

Keeping it simple for an alfresco lunch with friends. A Black dress is my go-to when It’s too hot to think about what to wear. This one is from Whistles but sold out (similar here), my AGS Flip-Flops (size up), Beads and top-handle Chanel bag.

Sunday, White Denim + Silk shirt

Finishing the week in my Frame Easy Shorts (use code EMMA15 size 27), a great in-between length. LouLou Studio Blouse (S), Aeyde Sandals and Black and Brown Belt. An elevated look for a long lunch in the sun.
