The Weekly Seven
Working with what I already own
In The February Issue, I wrote about being in a bit of a style rut. Instead of looking for inspiration elsewhere, I pulled all of my favourite pieces out of my wardrobe and spent some time playing. No Pinterest, no screenshots – just a rail of things I already love and space to get creative. Nothing groundbreaking, just classic outfits built from some of my most-loved pieces.
These are a few of the looks that came out of it.
Monday, Denim + Loafers
A Navy Grey cardigan with Studio Nicholson jeans and a Burgundy Loafer. A very simple look, but one I’m always happiest in.

Tuesday, Baggy Jeans + Leather Shirt
I’ve been living in these jeans. The Ayla Baggy has reignited my love for a black jean, paired with Sézane’s Leather Will Shirt, old Manolo Blahniks, and finished with an Arket Animal-Print Bag for a bit of interest.

Wednesday, Red + Leather
The same jeans with a red knit from Róhe and my Nour Hammour bomber. Finished with a clutch from Freja to dress it up slightly.
Red Knit | Jeans | Leather Jacket (M/38) | Boots | Bag
Thursday, Midi Skirt + Boots
Repeating the outfit from the day before, but swapping the jeans for a scuba skirt and adding knee-high boots. The ultimate hack when you’re not feeling inspired.
Red Knit | Leather Jacket | Skirt (Similar) | Boots (old, linked similar) | Bag
Friday, Blazer + Baggy Jeans
An old favourite. Baggy Jeans, Loafers, and a Blazer - a look I really miss in winter, when it’s harder to make a coat work over a heavier blazer.
Blazer | Jeans | Loafers | Bag
Saturday, White Maxi + Cardi
I’ve had this skirt for a while but don’t get to wear it that much as It’s not the most practical. Next time I head out for a fancy lunch, this is what I’m wearing. Teamed with the Navy Grey cardigan and my Little Liffner Lady Bag.
Skirt (old Beare Park, linked similar) | Cardigan | Boots | Bag
Sunday, Tracksuit + Maxi Coat
I love this tracksuit with a shoe and long coat. It instantly smartens it’s up. I would quite happily live in Suzi Kondi.
Velour Sweatshirt (M) | Sweatpants (S)| Coat | Shoes | Bag

The Suzi Kondi sweats look amazing. Have you found a similar fit at a lower price point?
I love how you make getting dressed such a beautiful combination of simple, creative, and just plain stunning. xx -- Going to try and recreate the black cardi + cream skirt look this week!
