I’m in love with this Róhe Wrap Cardigan, it’s the perfect shade and shape. I’m really missing cosy but cool tops in my wardrobe, the kind I can wear out and feel fancy yet still have that softness against my skin that I need right now.
Weekday’s Balloon Trousers were everything I hoped they’d be. A very cool relaxed fit that can be dressed up or down (I ordered in both colours and wear a S but they come up generous)
I’ve never been a fan of a Tabi, but there’s something that is drawing me to this pair. Christen Tabi Ballet Flats feel like that perfect mix of masculine/feminine.

I’ve discovered the perfect sleep combination (that’s keeping my sleep score above 90 on my Oura Ring) - a night-time cup of Welleco Evening Elixir (I mix with warm oat milk) and my Sans Air Purifier - It’s been working like magic. I’m no longer waking in the night and sleeping in later than usual (my natural 5-6am has moved to 6-7am) I feel less groggy when I wake and I’m putting it down to the purifier.

I’m starting 75 Hard again on Monday (not totally sure I’m mentally prepared this year…) For 75 consecutive days it’s two 45-minute workouts a day (one outside, usually a walk), no alcohol, sticking to a healthy eating plan, 10 pages of non-fiction a day (I’m reading Atomic Habits), and a lot of water - I’m skipping the gallon and aiming for 2.5 litres instead.
