Everything on my radar this week
1, I wore these Cargos this week from Citizens of Humanity and it reminded me of an outfit I used to wear in the 90s (with Timberland boots instead of ballet pumps) I wear a 27.
2, I’ve been on the look-out for some vintage tees for spring summer and found a couple of good UK sellers on Etsy - here and here, and a US seller here. Love this New York City one.
3, I love a simple slip on shoe to wear with relaxed jeans or joggers, these ones from UGG look great for spring.
4, I had my colour and cut done this week (with Tom Smith at Aevum) and was speaking about how I’m trying to achieve a relaxed bend in my hair over a wave. I’ve been leaving my hair to air dry when possible (using this un-frizz cream) and Tom recommended a waver hair tool so I’ve ordered this one from Sephora and will report back.
5, I fell in love with The Row’s hat bag last year but couldn’t justify the price - Reformation has just launched this one, super cute for holiday.
6, I received these suede trousers from Reiss this week and they’re such a good relaxed fit. I’ll be teaming with a white tee and flip-flops.
7, Emma Grede’s ‘Start With Yourself’ book is released this week, I love her approach to business and can’t wait to receive my copy.
8, I’m loving a throw-on casual jacket right now and this one from Róhe is a stand-out favourite. I’ll be teaming with denim or relaxed trousers. This Victoria Beckham one gives a similar vibe.
9, Talking of Victoria Beckham, I’ve fallen for this checked jacket and already imagining the many ways I could style.
10, Retinal is something I need but have to tread very carefully due to my sensitive skin (and perioral dermatitis), Medik8’s Crystal Retinal 1 is gentle but powerful.
11, I’ve just ordered a bag from Valesque - I love the simplicity of the designs. I ordered the black but the pink is cute too.
12, I’m reaching for my ballet pumps daily right now and just seen these two-tone ones from Dear Frances. I’m a huge fan of the brand and know these would be an excellent addition to my shoe collection.
13, I’ve got a new monthly ritual of booking myself in with biosculpure at Selfridges for a Gel Manicure and Elim Pedicure and it’s pure bliss. It lasts the month and is such a nice experience - my go-to colour, Valentina.
14, I’ve ordered myself some new socks from COS, they come in a range of colours but I love these grey ones. I’ll be teaming with my loafers.
15, Dragon Diffusion are famous for their leather basket bags and I’ve just seen they’ve launched a straw tote with braided handles. Ideal for travelling.
16, I’m forever in search of the perfect relaxed trouser - a travel/airplane pant - and these cotton ones from Zara look like an easy pull-on pair.
