My aim with The December Issue is to try and make a hectic month a little easier when it comes to getting dressed. Most of us are focusing on getting everything organised in time for Christmas and navigating a busy work and social life, leaving no time to overthink what we wear. But with multiple occasions to dress for that often take us out of our sartorial comfort zone I wanted to share some outfit ideas you can turn to when in need of a little inspiration. It’s not about buying a new outfit for the festive season. Hopefully, this will inspire you to put a new look together from pieces you already own. I wrote in last year’s December Issue about how I focus on buying smarter throughout the year, so I have a wardrobe full of pieces that I love and feel my best in, that I can turn to whatever the occasion and avoid panic-buying.
