Going
I’ll be hosting a shopping event with YAITTE founder Danielle Windsor on Wednesday to showcase the new collection. If you’re in London doing your Christmas shopping, stop by to see us for a try-on and any styling advice (you’ll receive a bespoke gift with purchase)
If you can’t stop by, you can shop the brand HERE, a collection of elevated pieces designed to be mixed and matched. Think striped shirts, co-ords and knitted sweaters. I’m wearing the Oxblood Red Striped Set below, and the Black Knitted Jacquard Polo is on my wish list.
Yaitte Shopping Event. Wednesday 27th November. 12-7 pm.
2nd Floor 109 Bond Street London W1S 1EG
Ordering
I’m a huge fan of minimal-effort makeup, and MERIT is the brand I turn to to achieve this. They’re currently offering 20% off site-wide, and you can shop my Edit HERE. The Flush Balm (Beverly Hills) is my go-to blush. Brow 1980 is hands down the best brow product I’ve tried (Light Brown). And the Signature Lip (Matte-Classic) I use every day, a neutral and flattering lip colour. (You’ll also receive a signature bag upon purchase)
Wearing
I picked up this jumper from Navy Grey last week and have hardly taken it off. Menswear-inspired with a classic take on the traditional V-neck. It’s such a good cut and the perfect red. I’ll do a styling video on how I’m wearing it on my Instagram this week. I wear a M.
Using
I’m getting back into the habit of using my Current Body LED light therapy face mask. It’s super relaxing; a 10-minute session is a great way to unwind before bed. Now 20% off with code EMMART (pj’s are H&M).
There’s also 20% off ZIIP Halo with code EMMAR, another device I love. This microcurrent facial toning device gives you an instant lift- great to use before a big event. You can download the easy-to-use app and follow the targeted treatments best suited to your skins needs. A fuss-free yet effective device that’s super easy to fit into your day. An excellent gift idea, too. My 23-year-old daughter is a big fan of Ziip Halo, helping her with blemishes and acne scarring.
Trying On
I visited the Agolde showroom last week and tried on several new styles. The Kelly (a high-rise wide-leg) and The V-Waist Baggy were both favourites of mine and tipped by the brand to be best-sellers this season. And I can’t talk about Agolde without mentioning the iconic 90s style jeans- The mid-rise 90s in Essense came home with me. I wear my usual size 26 in Agolde but sometimes size up or down depending on how I want them to fit. I’ve some 90s in a 27 to have a relaxed look and a 25 for a slimmer fit.
Wearing The 90s in a 25
Wearing The Kelly in a 27, I’d size down 2 in these (they come up long)
Wearing The V-Waist Baggy in a 27, I’d go for my usual 26
Buying
The co-ord I can’t stop thinking about. Last Christmas Aligne gave us the Diamante Jean, which I wore for many an event in December and this year we have the Boucle denim set which ticks every box for me- relaxed, elevated with a Chanel vibe. Boucle Denim Top (10) + Boucle Jeans (27)
