Using
Switching to SURI has completely changed the way I think about brushing my teeth. It’s sleek, sustainable, and actually feels like a wellness ritual. The sonic clean is powerful yet gentle, and the plant-based recyclable heads mean I can take care of my teeth and the planet.
The 40+ day battery life makes it super low-maintenance, and the magnetic mirror mount is one of those small details that just makes life easier (and more stylish). It fits so seamlessly into my routine - simple, sustainable, and beautifully designed.

Drinking
I recently started using WelleCo Nourishing Protein in chocolate flavour to help curb my cravings- and it’s been a game-changer. It’s delicious, easy to prepare, and fits seamlessly into my routine. Just add water, blend (I use this Nutribullet), toss in some ice, and it’s ready to go. It delivers a daily dose of protein with zero fuss.
Loving
A few makeup staples I’d be lost without-
My Saie Bronzer super easy to apply and gives a natural, effortless glow.
Drunk Elephant Drops for those days when I need a little radiance boost.
Merit Flush Balm in Beverly Hills as my skin changes, getting blush to sit right has been tricky, but this one is now a daily go-to.
And Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm… it’s honestly an addiction.
I put together a little spring edit with Cult Beauty, check it out HERE.
Doing
I’ve just completed the 75 Hard Challenge, and it’s genuinely one of the best things I’ve done for my body and mind. Over 75 days, I stuck to two 45-minute workouts a day (one outdoors, usually a walk), no alcohol, a healthy diet, 3.5 litres of water daily (I reduced it from the suggested gallon), and 10 pages of non-fiction reading.
It was a big commitment, but I was craving structure. With my kids now 23, 22, and 20, and having more time for myself, it felt like the right moment.
My tips if you're considering it:
Do it with friends. Having a group kept me accountable- I might’ve quit without them.
Plan ahead. Morning workouts = less stress. I had to do a few late-night walks in the rain. Not ideal.
Be realistic with food. I kept it simple- no refined sugar, but no rigid plan.
Take progress pics weekly. Daily felt excessive; weekly was rewarding. Especially comparing day 1 to day 75.
Mix up workouts. I rotated between Peloton, Pilates, boxing, and strength training, listening to my body. Some days, it was just a double walk or a pilates stretch.
The walks were my favourite part- solo strolls through Hyde Park or Battersea became a ritual I now miss. The hardest part? Definitely the water intake. Drink as much as possible as early as possible.
I’ve slipped into old habits since finishing, so I’m thinking of doing it again. That sense of pride, structure, and clarity was worth every minute. And that first glass of champagne to celebrate my birthday once I’d completed the challenge was bliss!

Ordering
I’ve recently upgraded to the CurrentBody LED Mask Series 2 and I’m excited to see the results. Red light therapy helps boost collagen and I find the ritual incredibly calming. It’s the perfect end-of-day treat. My skin’s been a bit unsettled lately, so I’ve also started using the ZIIP Dot Blemish Device to help calm and treat breakouts.

Reading
My reading list usually comes together through random screenshots of books other people are reading, and it always leads me to something interesting. These are the two I’ve saved recently and plan to read while I’m in Spain for a few days next week.
The Tools – All about creating change now, using five practical tools to help you move past mental blocks and build momentum. Useful, thought-provoking, and easy to apply to everyday life.
Perfection – A novel that follows millennial expats as they navigate the gap between their idealised life in Berlin and a growing sense of emptiness beneath the surface. An exploration of modern identity, creative burnout, and the limits of curated living.
Wearing
A sweatshirt is basically my comfort blanket- working from home means cosy sweats are an all-day, everyday thing. I’ve got my eye on a few new additions to the collection-
First up, Navy Grey’s Sweatshirt, I mentioned my hunt for the perfect one in The April Issue, and this one ticks all the boxes. It’s got a relaxed fit, a vintage feel, and the perfect soft, subtle red.
With Nothing Underneath has also just launched The Spencer Sweatshirt, inspired by Princess Diana, and it’s absolute perfection- effortless, timeless, and just the right amount of oversized.
Hi Emma what size did you go for in the navy grey red sweatshirt?
Have you watched “The Tools” film/documentary on Netflix ? It’s really good!
